Green Tea is an Amazing Healthy Food

For a first Amazing Healthy Food, I must admit the first and most important one is an easy one to consume and enjoy many times during the day. Green tea has been known for many years, and has been beneficial to help in many conditions like cancers and heart diseases.

The tea originally from China and India is not a hype or a fad....Green Tea is one of the real ''Superfoods'' (and trust me I do not like all the ''superfood'' labeling on most of the commercial sites all over the internet)

Add half a lemon's juice to add some Vitamin C and also alkalizing your body. ;)

I personally drinking green tea with lemon at least twice a day, and will try in the coming weeks to try to get to four cups of this anti angiogenesis food.
